Crutches and Cooking

Etwas ruhig hier im Blog nicht? Also eine Ausrede habe ich schon. Alles geht ziemlich langsam, wenn man an Krücken geht!!! Ich bin verletzt !! Jeden Dienstag spiele ich Netball - habe ich seit Jahren gemacht, aber wahrscheinlich nicht mehr - mein Knie ist endlich kaputt! Also kaputt nicht aber eine Netballpause mache ich bestimmt. Jetzt geht es mir viel besser aber am Freitag konnte ich weder gehen, noch fahren, noch nähen!!!!!!!!!! arrrghhhhhhhhhhhh. Glücklicherweise habe ich am Donnerstag mein erstes Vida fertig genäht. Noch eine Zusammenarbeit mit der lieben Kathy. Ihre Tochter hat der Koch selbst gezeichnet und die kleine Geschichte dazu geschrieben - süß oder? Mehr kann man hier sehen.

Sorry sorry sorry it has been so quiet - but I do have a good excuse! It takes ALOT more time to do everything when one is on crutches! I am injured - boo hoo! Every Tuesday for years and years I have played netball - a funny little game, a bit like basketball but quite a bit different. In any case one of my dodgy knees finally gave way and it looks like an extended netball vacation for me. I am doing MUCH better now but I was on crutches for a little while there and couldn't walk, couldn't drive and imagine this, couldn't sew!!!! arrrgghhhhhhh. Luckily I managed to finish this dress before the aforementioned injury found me so afflicted. Another fabulous collab with the fabulous Kathy of pixie*dust*studio. Her very clever and talented daughter drew the chef and wrote the little story to go with it so this time I am doubly honoured, to work with not only Kathy BUT her daughter too!
